  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us via email.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

  • Used, opened items and Discovery Kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • All content, including images, product names, and descriptions, is the intellectual property of Sixteen | XVI and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Personal data is securely stored and used only for processing orders and communication (refer to our Privacy Policy for more details).

  • Fragrance reactions vary—please conduct a patch test before full use. We are not liable for allergic responses.

  • These terms are governed by Indian law, with legal jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
